Appointments

We focus on offering great quality medical care and excellent service to our patients. We have daily consultation options (Monday to Friday) with a range of different appointment times to suit you.
You can book an appointment through the patient portal (after subscription for access to the portal). You may also contact the practice by phone for booking appointments. You can make an appointment for a consultation in person, a video-consultation, a phone-consultation or an e-consult. We also offer home-visits for regular patients who live within the area and are incapable to come to the practice because of physical reasons.

When you would like to book a home visit, or of when an appointment is needed for the same day, please contact our practice by phone. Our trained assistants are happy to help.

Booking an appointment by phone

For booking an appointment you may call us at 0031-43-361 1800. The assistants can provide you with helpful and professional medical advices by phone. For booking appointments you may call us between 8.00 – 10.30u, 11.00 -12.30u and 14.00 – 17.00u.

Booking an appointment online

You can schedule your appointment through the patient portal.

Please keep in mind to schedule an appointment for approximately one main health subject per consultation. When you need more time, please call the assistant. Also, in case of emergency, COVID related symptoms (fever, respiratory-symptoms) or when quarantined, always book the appointment by phone.

Options for booking appointments online is currently in a pilot-phase in our practice. We intent to extent the options when it appears to go well. Considerations concern mainly safety issues regarding self-triage and covid. If you have questions or tips regarding this matter please e-mail us at maasmedics@ezorg.nl

E-consult

Through the secured patient-portal you are welcome to ask your medical questions directly to the doctor. We will answer your questions within 2 working days.

Examples of suitable subjects for e-consults are:

Skin issues: you may send us pictures
Questions on prior consultations, test-results or medication
General health questions

For medical emergencies we encourage you to call us, since e-consultations are not suitable for this.
